- Electronically file paid bills for two (2) years
- Establish savings account upon request
- Provide electronic financial reports
- Establish a monthly budget based on income and expenses
SBS, Inc. will meet with the client at their home or a social service location to establish a monthly budget. Using a dignified client engaging approach, we determine what the client's immediate living expenses are in order to establish the amount of funds required to pay current bills. If the client's expenses exceed their monthly income, the financial budget will help the client pinpoint and prioritize necessary expenses and reduce or eliminate others.
- Monthly bills are sent directly to SBS, Inc. and not to the clients home address
No one likes paying bills! We've made the process extremely cost efficient, fast and easy for the client. Bills are sent directly to SBS, Inc. each month by the service provider. Upon receipt, bills are paid immediately with available funds. Bills are then stored electronically for future reference. All bills are stored for a minimum of two (2) years.
- Avoid missing due dates and incurring late fees
When a bill arrives at SBS, Inc. it is paid immediately. The client does not have to worry about watching their mailbox, mail theft or collecting bills on the kitchen table. Imagine no more checks to write, missing payments, late fees or annoying phone calls from creditors! No more stamps to buy, no more bills to mail or rush trips to keep the lights on!
- SBS, Inc. pays all bills in full or on a predetermined payment schedule
For Individuals that have installment bills, fines, tickets or legal fees that need to be paid, SBS, Inc. can pay these bills over a predetermined amount of time. This ensures that your obligations are met, yet, still leave money each month to live on.
- Monthly Food Cards
SBS, Inc. will provide monthly food cards for a predetermined amount of money to purchase groceries at your favorite grocery store. Food cards eliminate the need to carry cash and to pay exorbitant check cashing fees. Food cards leave more money in your pocket for groceries. Only grocery products can be purchased. No alcohol, tobacco products or lottery tickets can be purchased using the food cards.
